Classic Car Show, NEC Birmingham - 11 Nov 07

We all really enjoyed our day at the Classic Car show.......in particular we were excited to meet the boys from Beetle Crisis and talk Beetle restorations with them!

   

We also saw the Hotrod Beetle from November's Volksworld magazine. Jez and Rob has a close look at the engine, and pointed at some stuff.......

   

and we finally got to see the Gmund Beetle all polished up on the Gmund / Swisswax stand, stood next to a Porche 356, which had been painted in matching colours (far right photo). It all looked very impressive, although it appears that Jez was only interested in checking the colour of the wheel nuts!
